Payment, shipping and returns policy


All prices are quoted in NZ dollars and include GST.

Shipping costs are additional to the chocolate price and is free if you spend over $50.  

Payment is accepted via credit/debit card or using Paypal.

NZ Delivery

All deliveries will be sent via standard NZ post. Alternatively if your address is local to the Manukau region it will be delivered by us.

Packages are shipped “signature not required” so your chocolate will be left in your letterbox or by your front door.

Returns Policy

We hope you love our chocolate as much as we do but, in the case where you are not happy please email us and let us know.

If your chocolate is damaged, faulty or differs from what you ordered we will provide you with store credit or a refund up to 10 days after your purchase date.

If you wish to return your chocolate for a refund we require your item to be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packing. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been left in the sun or placed in the fridge as these temperatures can change the look of chocolate and are not considered manufacturing faults.
