Valura Chocolate is a French–Kiwi family business built on a shared love of dark chocolate and the craft behind it. From our home in Auckland, we create small‑batch, bean‑to‑bar chocolate using ethically sourced cacao beans from around the world.
Every bar begins with whole cacao beans that we roast, grind, refine, and temper ourselves — a slow, hands‑on process that lets the true character of each origin shine. We specialise in dark chocolate and offer a range of both classic and flavoured bars, ensuring there’s something to delight every palate.
Alongside our chocolate bars, we also craft rich hot chocolates and cacao tea, all made with the same care, curiosity, and respect for the cacao.
